Does This Sound Like You?

You were given medication quickly
Your symptoms don’t fully improve
You feel different, but can’t explain why
You suspect something deeper is being missed
You want understanding, not trial-and-error

Important Clarification

This is not therapy. This is not a quick medication visit. This is not based on a questionnaire alone. This is a 90-minute diagnostic mental health evaluation focused on identifying factors that may be contributing to symptoms — including biological, hormonal, stress-related, and life-stage influences — so care is thoughtful and individualized.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take insurance?
This service is offered through Peace and Heart Wellness and is Self-Pay. Insurance does not cover the type of diagnostic evaluation provided.
Does the $699 include labs?
No. Testing is not included upfront because we do not know whether testing will be needed or which tests would be appropriate until after the evaluation. If testing is recommended, labs are charged at cost.
Why not include labs automatically?
Because good medicine does not order tests blindly. Testing is recommended only when it adds value and is tailored to the individual.
Where does appt take place?
Online via secure and private platform (Spruce App) or in person at 7603 Davie Road Ext Hollywood FL 33024.
Is medication required?
No. Medication may be part of care when appropriate, but it is not automatic.
Is this for menopause, ADHD, or stress?
Yes and No. Many women seek this evaluation when symptoms overlap multiple areas and have not been clearly explained.
Who is this not for?

It may not be appropriate if you are:

  • Primarily seeking insurance-based psychiatric care
  • Looking for brief or routine psychiatric visits only
  • Interested in medication management without a deeper diagnostic evaluation
  • Expecting testing or treatments to be ordered automatically rather than based on clinical judgment
  • Uncomfortable with a thorough evaluation that may explore multiple contributing factors
  • Not open to follow-up visits to review findings and refine care
